Bow, N.H., School District Settles 'XX' Wristband Case, Agrees to Judgment That It Violated Parents' First Amendment Rights

The Bow School District agreed to a judgment declaring it violated spectators' First Amendment rights by barring pink "XX" wristbands at a 2024 girls' soccer game, and to pay $275,000 in fees and costs.
