New surveillance video was released today from the Waco Police Department showing the inside view of Twin Peaks during the biker shoot out in May. The Waco Police have stonewalled the media and the public from learning any information about this indecent. This video that was released is another attempt to take all the eyes off the SWAT Team and Police in Waco, TX.
The first man shown seems to be well-trained, takes a defensive posture, and probably has concealed carry permit. He is ready to defend himself if need be, which is a totally reasonable action. The second man seen with a gun does not seem well-trained and is shown firing at shot towards with parking lot with out a precise aim.
It is clear to see that the majority of those in the restaurant were not involved in the fight that led up to the police opening fire. Yet the Waco Police arrest the 170 bikers on scene and charged them with “Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity” They also gave the men astronomical bail amounts resulting in many innocent men being stuck in jail for months. A lot of men lost their jobs and a lot of family’s lost a provider during this time.
With out a video we will never know if the killings by the Police were justified, although they rarely are. We can say if police had this and other videos they have yet to release all along, then why did they leave so many innocent men in prison that had nothing to do with the fight, and to say their presence that day automatically makes them engaged in organized criminal activity is once again the police state far over reaching its purpose.
